72 hours terms and conditions

  • 72 hour orders are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • Granite been a natural stone, we reserve the right to extend the time for colour stones besides Rustenburg.
  • With Standard Delivery to all Gauteng Region etc., when orders are placed during the calendar week (Mon-Fri) with no public holiday interference, you will receive your order between 24 – 72 hours after the order process has been completed and payment is confirmed, but depending on your location, delivery may occur sooner.
  • Deliveries outside Gauteng can expect to be received between 72 – 120 hours after the order process has been completed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Weekends or where a Public Holiday interferes will take longer to be delivered.
  • All products displayed on our website/catalogues are subject to availability. Bataung Memorial Tombstones will inform you as soon as possible if any products ordered by you are not available.
  • No agreement varying, adding to, deleting from or cancelling any of these conditions, and no waiver of any rights under these conditions shall be effective unless reduced to writing and signed by both parties. No representations other than those included in this contract shall be of any force or effect unless reduced to writing and signed by both parties.
  • Once goods have been ordered by the purchaser such order cannot be varied or cancelled in any manner whatsoever, other than in writing and signed by both the purchaser and seller, this will delay the agreed time of delivery.
  • Situations such as natural disaster, riots, lockdown and any other unforeseeable circumstance will delay in the 72 hours’ delivery.
  • Rainfall will also affect delay of the installation, no stones will be permitted to be installed due to rainfall, or rainfall the night before scheduled installation, as the ground is wet and soggy and will affect the quality of installation.
  • The following is the table of when purchased and when installation will take place, please note this is only for Gauteng region, ex Gauteng will be around 120 hours’ delivery time due to travelling:
